Oriental Botanicals Women’s Qi includes the Chinese herbs Dong quai and Cyperus, which are traditionally used to relieve menstrual cycle irregularity and period pain. In Chinese medicine, Dong quai is also traditionally combined with Bupleurum for the relief of premenstrual tension (PMT) symptoms.
