It’s very simple 1) fill out the online form below, and then 2) either mail or drop in the original prescription in person to our Mosman store within 7 days and we will fill your order for you quick smart! We can even express post it straight to your door.

Important information:
There is a legal requirement that the pharmacy must receive the original prescription within 7 days of dispensing.
Please send your prescription to us as soon as possible. If there are any repeats on your prescription you may reorder your medication by phone, fax or email, or online. The number of repeats that you have will be printed on the label of your medication.
All reorders must be accompanied by appropriate payment i.e. credit card (which may be securely kept on your personal file), direct deposit, money order or cheque.
