Winter diet clean-up!

Perhaps you should use winter as a time to give your diet a reboot!

 

As the weather gets colder and summer produce is but a distant memory, use the time to keep yourself on a healthy path!

 

  • Add spinach to your smoothies in the morning to get a dose of greens before lunch! Baby spinach doesn’t have a strong flavor so can be easily added!
  • Keep tabs on your hydration   with markers on your water bottle! Add time goals to ensure you drink your water each day!
  • Take advantage of winter produce! Farmers markets are a great opportunity to see what’s available!
  • Use the dark winter evenings to try a new cuisine! Drag out those cookbooks and get creative!
