Healthy pizza for kids!

  1. Cauliflower pizza!

Try a spin on your typical pizza night with caulfiower pizza.

To make the dough, simply put half a head of cauliflower into a food processor and process until it looks like sand. To this, add one egg, herbs and spices and ¼ cup of cheese.

Mix until it comes together then spread on a baking sheet in the shapes/sizes you desire.

Bake for 8-10 minutes (if large), then top with whatever you like and re-bake until cheese is melted (approx 5-8 minutes).
