Chia seeds are a great source of vegetarian Omega oils, Vitamin B12 and both soluble and insoluble fibres.


A spoonful of these seeds can be added to breakfasts, in smoothies or on salads. These seeds are don’t have a taste, so they are a wonderful addition to your diet without being overpowering.
