We are crazy for coconut oil at TCPA!
Coconut oil contains short term medium-chain saturated fatty acids (MCFAs), which is a “healthy” form of saturated fat unlike trans fat.
We like to cook with:
* Try sautéed kale in coconut oil
Bake with it:
* Use instead of vegetable oil or butter in muffins or coconut oil
Aside from the kitchen, coconut oil also has its place in the bathroom!
* Body moisturise
* Hair conditioner
