Our wonderful nutritionist, Tracey, has a delicious recipe for a chai chia pudding!
CHAI CHIA PUDDING
3/4 Cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 tsp vanilla paste
2 heaped dessertspoons of real chai chocolate blend
In a saucepan add almond milk, vanilla & chai
bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes
remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes
Strain milk blend to remove tea and spices and add milk to chia
mix well, refrigerate when cool
Depending on your taste you may want to sweeten with maple syrup, raw honey or stewed fruit.
You can eat hot or cold, if a little thick add more milk or water.
I am going to add stewed apples to mine for some sweetness!
