Spring Superfood Smoothie
Cover blades of blender with a cup of water and half a cup of almond or rice milk.
ADD:
1 Cup of fresh or frozen berries & half a banana
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of vital greens or nano greens
1 tablepoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 scoop phyto protein powder
a handful of fresh baby spinach or kale
Blend vigorously until smooth.
