Product of the week: Chia!



As it gets closer to Christmas, sometimes our diet can get a little out of whack. That’s why starting your day with a good breakfast is your best bet to keeping your diet on track!

Chia seeds are a great source of vegetarian Omega oils, Vitamin B12 and both soluble and insoluble fibres. Making a chia pudding is a quick and easy way to start your day.
